One of our on-staff investigators is credited with having performed the SUBROSA on one of the first cases (if not the first) to be prosecuted under the work comp fraud law in the State of California.  This particular case was profiled on Dan Rather’s 48 Hours program.  Our approach to investigation is to TAKE RISKS.  This is particularly effective in obtaining SUPERIOR SUBROSA FILM.
